I remember photographing Chris Goldfinger a while back and talking to him about earthquakes, I came home and told my wife Shari about how scary it is to think about if the big one hits Oregon. I tried to remember all the things he was telling me and every time I head to the ocean he is in the back of my mind. Today when I saw this story in the New Yorker all over Facebook and Twitter, http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2015/07/20/the-really-big-one I don't really think it will happen in my life time but it is scary to think about.
